1/16/2011: Kawai America chooses Solich Piano and Music Company to exclusively handle numerous colleges and conservatories in and around Boston, Massachusetts. Most notable of these music schools is New England Conservatory of Music. Solich Piano looks forward to working hand in hand with these prestigious institutions in supporting their rigorous concert and rehearsal piano requirements.
1/13/2011: Solich Piano is appointed Kawai America's Dealer of the Year for all US mid-size markets. Thomas Solich accepted the award from Mr. Kawai himself at the 2011 National Association of Music Merchants convention in Anaheim, California along with members of the Solich Piano Staff.
1/10/2011: President Thomas Solich is featured in the Youngstown Vindicator for his accomplishments as a concert pianist, renowned music educator, and entrepreneur.

12/2010: The Lariccia family donates four Kawai PianoDisc interactive grand pianos to Canfield Schools from Solich Piano.

To herald this new relationship, Mason & Hamlin's head technical designer, Bruce Clark, presented a regional seminar on November 8. Over fifty piano technicians from Cleveland, Akron-Canton, Youngstown, and Pittsburgh attended the seminar to learn about the latest developments in Mason & Hamlin pianos.
